14: It is not possible to know what you need to learn.
This seems to be true if one takes a long-term view. Experience is what exposes gaps in our knowledge; as things happen it is important to recognize them as opportunities for growth and improvement. Of course, it is possible, and immensely beneficial, to try and forecast results, and to build up a knowledge base centered around where you believe gaps may be. Ultimately though, a certain amount of adaptability, agility, and a willingness to admit shortcomings are required in order to overcome unexpected obstacles.
